Refund policy

Due to the made to order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will review the situation.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion for eligible order issues only. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please make sure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or for carrier related delays once a package has been shipped.
